What's this all about?

Welcome to my blog! After 34 years in education, I'm preparing for retirement. So I thought I'd give blogging a try so my friends and family can keep up with me.

For the last six years, I've been the principal at Margaret Wills Elementary. There have been good times and bad times, happy times and sad times but I wouldn't change anything. I love the faculty and staff I've been privileged to work with. It's been great to watch the students grow and change.

My plans for retirement include lots and lots of rest! I'll probably spend time on the computer - I love to play solitare - crocheting and working math and logic puzzles. Tune in and find out what is to come as "Mrs. Boss" Ham retires while "Boss" Ham keeps on working!
